This is one of the things I drove. The other was a 718 Cayman S. It was a good day.

At the PEC are all the cars PDK, or will they actually give you a go in a manual?

Oh, man, the GTS is always the pick-of-the-litter, too.

These drive great. Was this an on-track experience?

Not exactly. They have a handling course that’s a bit like a narrow two lane backroad. There’s enough room to practice finding the apexes, but passing is only allowed on the two straights, and only after a signal from the slower car and the coach’s go-ahead. The rest of the stuff besides the handling course is designed to test and hone different skills . They manage to work in demonstrations of the car’s capabilities and settings in fairly organic and unobtrusive ways as you go.
Here’s a video that shows some of what we did, and some we didn’t . We had a rainy day, so they didn’t need to turn on the water for us. :)

They have a mastering the manual experience and you can choose between a 911 s, cayman or boxer last time I was there.
